For the first time on this trip I really have very little to write as Bishkek doesn’t really hold that much of interest. I tried to visit the dimly lit and very Soviet history museum but found the people at the door surly and the exhibits all in Russian and disappointing. I sat outside in the warm summer air and just watched the world go by or wrote a little and read some more.

That evening I was occupied with the again disappointing England v Equador world cup octofinal match, but even that didn’t quite inspire me!
