The physical remains of the Silk Road are fast disappearing under the desert sands. Nevertheless several institutes and organisations have now been set up in order to ensure we can continue to answer our questions on the Silk Road and helpo these remains survive. The Society is keen to support such work and ensure the Silk Road remains as alive and active as ever.
